In today's ever changing mortgage market,each bank has its own range of products to offer. Lexus Mortgages deal with over 27 different lenders in Spain and 5 UK financial institutions to provide you with the best possible mortgage to cater for your requirements.

Spanish banks now offer mortgages of up to 70% for non residents. Interest only and repayment mortgages are readily available. It is even possible to obtain an interest only mortgage up to aged 85.
